Vanilla Gorilla turned me on to this photographer Calyton Patterson and this doc about him, dude doesn't even have a wiki page, and my guess is he don't want one, no how, no way, not ever.Couple kids from Irak put this together cause, well, cause they believed Clayton Patterson's story had to be told and his pictures seen.
If you lived, walked, ran through the East Village, you need to see this. Shit even if you haven't you need to see this.
The guy has lived on Essex, below Mercury Lounge, for 30 some odd years. He has seen it all, and now you can too.
